Valentine's Day Courtyard diningEach Valentine's Day, high societea holds a sumptuous five-course dinner, against an enchanting, fairy-lit backdrop.

Tables are adorned with tea lights and scattered rose petals while live classical music adds to the romantic ambience.

"Kathy Heath's award winning tearoom restaurant, glowing in twinkling fairy lights and candles, its tables adorned with perfumed roses, was irresistible. Bella Musica played soft romantic songs; singer Julie McCoy breathed life into their lyrics. Kathy's chefs did wonders. If guests weren't in love when they arrived,they would have been when they left."

Valentine's Day Table SettingOur 2009 Valentine's Day commences with appetisers - Gazpacho with Crab & Salmon Pearls Served in a Demi Tasse, Gympie Goats Cheese Tart with Wine Poached Pear & Truffle Honey and Seared Scallops with Celeriac Puree & Salt Water Dressing in Asian Spoons.

The Entrée is Pressed Vine Tomato Terrine with Jamon & Rocket Salad with Aged Balsamic & Virgin Oil.

EntreeAfter a refreshing Rose petal & lime sorbet, guests may select from the main courses of Ballantine of Chicken with Duchess Potatoes with Asparagus or Prawn & Almond Salsa topped with a Champagne Cream Sauce.

The tantalising dessert is a Rich Chocolate Indulgence with a Berry Compote & Double Cream.

After the meal, guests can enjoy Tea or Plunger Coffee while appreciating the live musical entertainment.
