Our 2009 Valentine's Day commences with appetisers - Gazpacho with Crab & Salmon Pearls Served in a Demi Tasse, Gympie Goats Cheese Tart with Wine Poached Pear & Truffle Honey and Seared Scallops with Celeriac Puree & Salt Water Dressing in Asian Spoons.
The Entrée is Pressed Vine Tomato Terrine with Jamon & Rocket Salad with Aged Balsamic & Virgin Oil.
After a refreshing Rose petal & lime sorbet, guests may select from the main courses of Ballantine of Chicken with Duchess Potatoes with Asparagus or Prawn & Almond Salsa topped with a Champagne Cream Sauce.
The tantalising dessert is a Rich Chocolate Indulgence with a Berry Compote & Double Cream.
After the meal, guests can enjoy Tea or Plunger Coffee while appreciating the live musical entertainment.
